Teenagers often carry emotional, social, and academic pressures that may be difficult for them to explain or manage alone.

Adolescence brings significant emotional, physical, and social changes. Teenagers may be navigating academic pressure, changing friendships, identity development, family expectations, and uncertainty about their future.
Emotional overwhelm may appear as withdrawal, irritability, sudden mood changes, declining school performance, conflict at home, or a loss of interest in activities they previously enjoyed. These changes can sometimes communicate feelings that the teenager does not yet know how to express.
Therapy offers teenagers a respectful and confidential environment where they can explore their experiences without feeling judged or pressured. With appropriate support, they can strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more confident communicating what they need.
